Position Summary

- Process Engineer at Donaldson DAGS3 Plant.
- High personal and professional development position.
- High interaction with all areas in the plant (Production Planning, Quality, Production, Maintenance)

Role Responsibilities

- Responsible for establishing process operating parameters.
- Defining / estimating routing times during processes
- Implementing capital projects using the CER process
- Identify and Implementing plant-level cost reduction projects
- Developing Kaizen projects to improve manufacturing processes
- Participate in and supporting quality system activities (IATF, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Designing and implementing appropriate tooling for plant manufacturing processes
- Implementing and closing out safety-related activities associated with manufacturing processes
- Identify, implement and validate corrective actions by following problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D);
- leading product transfers from other plants to DAGS3

Travel: Open to travel if needed aprox 1 time per year (If Applicable)

Minimum Qualifications

- Engineering or Industrial, mechanical, electrical or related Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years, in the position in the automotive and/or metal mechanic industry, of 500 workers.
- Statistical process control.
- Intermediate lean manufacturing (Preferential qualitative knowledge).
- Core Tools (PDCA).
- Project Management.
