Implement and follow up on the training and business development plans and programs established for AutoZone de México. Promote and evaluate the continuous improvement of AutoZoners through a teaching-learning process of technical and professional skills that contribute to their development and increase productivity in the execution of commercial and field module processes.
Responsibilities
- Work to implement and certify Trade and Territorial Shadow Managers.
- Work hand in hand with the Commercial Directorate to attend requests and needs on training topics as well as jointly teach the AZ6 courses to the TMIT. Provide ALL DATA and Achieve Global courses to TMIT
- Give face-to-face courses to Gtes. Sales on Telephone Sales, interpretation of administrative reports, sales skills (AZ6)
- Review contents of training materials of the clinics taught by external providers, provide feedback and validate field instructional capabilities. Work hand in hand with the Commercial Marketing area
- Review and update contents of on-site courses, online, programs and training documents (CMIT, TMIT)
Qualifications
- Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study: Psicologia, Administracion
- Years of Experience: Two to three years.
- Type of Experience: Entrenamiento de empleados, participacion en foros
