How to contribute to our vision
This position is a new Resident Engineer supporting the P315 Long-Term Program (LTP) contracts at the CFE power plant located in Mexicali, Baja California Norte ensuring business continuity and seamless service delivery. As a Senior Professional, the role is vital for maintaining the on-site client relationship and upholding Siemens Energy's contractual commitments. To meet these objectives, the role is structured around three core areas: On-Site Technical & Maintenance Management,
focusing on hands‑on support and coordination of power plant equipment; Project Coordination & Client Relationship Management, ensuring clear communication and logistical control; and Contractual & Commercial Support, assisting the remote project management team with administrative and financial tasks. Given the focus on direct technical support and client‑facing coordination, the adecuado candidate will be an Engineer with proven experience in thermoelectric power plants, specifically with turbines and generators. This individual must be capable of working independently with limited supervision, demonstrating strong skills in troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and project coordination to effectively manage on‑site operations.
