Call Center Services International is looking for an organized, bilingual Marketing Specialist to support our fast-moving e-commerce team. You will create graphics, emails, and product content for our DTC and B2B channels, with room to grow and take early ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Visual & Graphic Design: Use Canva to design brand graphics, social posts, website banners, and email layouts.
Email Marketing: Design, build, and send DTC/B2B campaigns in Canva and Shopify, monitoring key metrics (open rate, CTR) to optimize performance.
Shopify Merchandising: Update product pages, upload assets, and apply site metrics (AOV, LTV) to refine product presentation.
AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) daily to streamline copywriting and workflows while maintaining brand voice.
Requirements
Required
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Hands-on Canva experience with an eye for clean design
Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics (CTR, Open Rates, AOV, LTV)
Comfort using daily AI tools and navigating Shopify
Adaptable and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience with Shopify or copywriting

Ad metric analysis or advanced design tools (beyond Canva)
Work on site in Otay
$100 dollars monthly bonus according to performance
