We ́re looking for Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Deliver service levels and inventory according to objectives.
- Develop short- and long-term supply plans in SAP.
- Create Purchase Orders.
- Update Delivery Schedules and Delivery Dates in SAP.
- Track shipments.
- Manage planning parameters and master data for planning elements in SAP.
- Resolve supplier billing/payment issues.
- Order confirmation.
- Design/Improve processes, systems, reports, and necessary KPIs.
- Other tasks that support the overall supply planning function as needed.
- Continuously refine and eliminate waste in supply chain activities, reducing lead time and inventory while improving service.
- Make strategic recommendations for improved processes such as new production introduction, order and supplier management,



and inventory management.
- Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.
- Recommend and activate strategies for the disposal of excess and obsolete inventory.
- Identify and resolve conflicts related to material availability.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-3 years purchasing direct materials for production, including electronics, plastics, metals, and packaging.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
- Knowledge: SAP proficiency.
- English: intermediate to advanced level (B2 minimum).
