With the diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo.Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up.We are currently looking for a Workday Specialist who will lead the development and implementation of strategies that promote end-user adoption of Workday HCM & Finance.
This position is based out of our Queretaro's office.
ResponsibilitiesWork directly with employees and with internal functional team members to understand process impacts caused by the transition to the Workday software.Lead hands-on development of communications and training materials that support a successful transition to Workday for key end-users.Collaborate with functional team members to assist in identifying process changes, learning future state processes and system functionality, and educating end users on their new roles and business processesWork with the HR Team in the implementation of change management deliverables/activities for employees, including: readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications plan, training plan, education materials, and user adoption metrics.Develop and design employee-specific training materials, including: visual job aids, instructor-led training presentations,



and e-learning videos.Deliver instructor-led training sessions to employees.Support end users upon go-live via support labs, help desk and updates to training materials.Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferable in Human Resources, Financials, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Change Management ; or equivalent experience 1+ years experience supporting the development of training or change management-related deliverables for organizations Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration Experience leading change management, communications, and training efforts for one or more Workday deployments Experience with Human Resource or Financial cloud-based system implementations, specifically Workday Experience with training development of visual job aids, instructor-led trainings and training delivery Benefits Competitive Salary Healthcare Benefit Package Career Growth
