Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, technology consulting, or commercial GTM planning for an enterprise cloud business in customer-facing or support roles.
- 2 years of experience working with AI or Generative AI products and infrastructure solutions in a commercial context.
- Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently to support regional stakeholders and client engagements across Latin America.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise cloud infrastructure migrations, data center consolidations, or virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, hyperscale infrastructure, business architecture and migration services concepts).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience utilizing CRM and pipeline data to diagnose conversion bottlenecks and optimize field execution.
- Proven ability to navigate matrixed global and regional organizations, driving cross-functional alignment and influencing without direct authority.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and landing scalable, programmatic GTM campaigns that drive measurable top-of-funnel pipeline growth across enterprise markets.
About the job
As the GTM Infrastructure Practice Lead for Latin America (LATAM), you will serve as the growth catalyst for Google Cloud’s foundational infrastructure portfolio across the region. In this role, you will partner closely with sales leadership, technical specialists,
and partner ecosystems to scale demand for core cloud infrastructure solutions.
In this strategic, customer-centric leadership role, you will combine Go-To-Market plan and execution with technical acumen. You will lead scalable, programmatic one-to-many activations focused on top-of-funnel demand generation, surfacing and activating high-value enterprise opportunities across Latin America.
In addition to leading practice activations, you will collaborate extensively across a cross-functional organization to develop and track the practice growth plan, partnering with regional Infrastructure Specialists, Customer Engineering (CE), Marketing, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and working closely with sub-regional Go-To-Market (GTM) Growth Leads across all Latin American sub-regions.
Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and align the regional Infrastructure GTM strategy with general goals, establishing key customer targets, campaign priorities, and partner ecosystem alignment.
- Drive programmatic demand generation across priority infrastructure pillars, collaborating with sub-regional Growth Leads to localize and scale campaigns across LATAM.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Customer Engineering, Field Marketing, and Partners to generate and accelerate early-stage enterprise pipeline.
- Track and analyze key business metrics and sales play adoption, delivering actionable insights to sales leaders and structured feedback to Global Practice Leads.
- Conduct regular pipeline and business reviews across the region to resolve roadblocks, scale proven practices, and optimize execution.
