Role Description The Guest Services Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Cabo San Lucas, BCS. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience. Daily tasks include handling reservations, responding to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, and coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.

The Guest Services

Agent provides information about resort services and local attractions, assists with special requests, and helps resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.



This role requires maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and upholding high standards of hospitality and guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Strong guest service and hospitality skills, including a friendly, professional demeanor and a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Effective communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is highly beneficial for interacting with a diverse guest base.
- Basic administrative and computer skills, including handling reservations systems, email communication, and payment processing.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and address guest concerns promptly.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing guest information, schedules, and service requests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a resort environment.
- Prior experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality is preferred; familiarity with luxury resort operations is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or tourism education is a plus.
