About the Position
As a Logistics Sales Executive at Border Flow, you will be responsible for developing new business and building long-term relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
This is a sales-focused position covering:
U.S. and Mexico customs brokerage
U.S.–Mexico cross-border transportation
Domestic ground transportation
Ocean freight
Air freight
Warehousing, bonded transportation, and FTZ services
Requirements
At least two years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or transportation
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of U.S.–Mexico trade and international logistics
Experience prospecting, negotiating, and closing new accounts
Existing customer portfolio is highly desirable
Intermediate or advanced English is preferred
Ability and willingness to work full-time from our Mexico City office
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new customers
Sell customs, transportation, ocean, and air-freight services




Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Identify customer needs and develop customized logistics solutions
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate pricing, service terms, and commercial agreements
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Coordinate with customs, operations, transportation, and management teams
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports
Meet monthly sales and gross-profit targets

Starting base salary: $20,000 MXN per month
Commissions: Uncapped commissions based on results
