Sola Wood Flowers
Monterrey
Short-Form Video Creator (Part-Time, Contract) - Monterrey
Every bouquet we ship started as a bag of plain wood shavings and a date that cannot move.
Sola Wood Flowers turns sola wood into wedding flowers - cut, shaped, dyed, and assembled by hand on our floor in Monterrey. More than 6% of American weddings already use our flowers. Our customers are brides, and our growth runs on short-form video: Instagram Reels and TikTok. We are hiring a part-time contract creator in Monterrey to make that content every week.
What your week looks like
You plan, shoot, and edit 5-10 short-form videos a week (Reels and TikTok) from our factory floor and our product line.
You pitch hooks and formats, watch what is working on bridal and DTC TikTok, and bring us ideas before we ask.
You shoot on our Monterrey floor (Finsa Guadalupe) 1-2 days a week and edit on your own time.
You hand off finished videos with captions, hashtags, and trending audio figured out.
You track what performed and tell us why, in numbers.
Who does well here
You already make short-form video, for yourself or for brands, and you can prove it. You know the difference between a hook and an intro, and you have stopped a scroll with your own work.
We run on data. Videos get judged on watch time and what they sell, not on how pretty they are.
Nobody gets punished for a flop. People get in trouble for not shipping.
What you need
Links to short-form videos you made - your own account or brand accounts. This matters more than your resume.
You can shoot and edit end to end on your own. A phone is fine; tell us your editing tools.
You follow bridal, wedding, or DTC content and can name what is working right now.
Conversational English. You will have weekly calls with our US marketing team.
Based in Monterrey and able to shoot on-site at our facility (Finsa Guadalupe) 1-2 days a week.
References we can call.
Do not apply if you only want to edit other people's footage, you need a committee to approve every post, or you want a full-time salaried role. This is a part-time contract, roughly 20 hours a week.
What you get
A steady part-time contract with real ownership of content watched by brides across the US.
Fast feedback and freedom to test formats without a committee.
A front-row seat as a 100-person company becomes a much bigger one.
How hiring works
We look at your videos first, then a short interview, then a paid test: make us two Reels from footage we provide. Average time to hire is about two weeks. Apply now and expect to hear back this week.
