Key Account (KA) & Retail Channel Manager Employment Type: Full-time Consumer Electronics / 3C Digital / IT We are looking for an experienced Key Account (KA) & Retail Channel Manager to drive channel development and sales growth in our target overseas markets. The idóneo candidate will have strong experience in consumer electronics, 3C digital products, IT, or related industries, with a proven track record in developing and managing retail channels and key accounts.

Key Account

Development & Management Develop and maintain key account (KA) channels in the target market, build long-term relationships with key retail partners, and support strategic channel development. Sales & Product Strategy Develop sales and product strategies for KA channels, identify business opportunities, and coordinate internal and external resources to acquire key retail customers.

Retail

Marketing & Merchandising Leverage internal marketing resources to improve product visibility, in-store merchandising, and product presentation, ultimately driving sell-through and sales performance. Take ownership of the full KA channel development and operation process, including product selection, pricing, sales forecasting, promotional planning, channel marketing, and sales execution.



Work closely with internal and local teams to achieve store onboarding, channel expansion, and sales targets within the assigned market.

Bachelor's degree or above. 5+ years of sales experience in the relevant market, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in retail channel development and management. Proven experience managing KA / key retail accounts is highly preferred. Overseas sales experience in consumer electronics, 3C digital products, IT, smart devices, or related industries is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of local retail channels, distributors, retailers, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication and negotiation.
