Responsibilities
The Opportunity As a Labor Project Sr Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support strategic labor initiatives for PMF by bringing structure, governance, and visibility to key projects in a changing labor environment. You will collaborate with HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Transformation teams, and project leaders to monitor progress, integrate activities, strengthen project discipline, and help ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule, on budget, and according to approved scope. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of labor strategies, project management practices, and governance routines that support business continuity and operational effectiveness.
Your Impact In this role, you won’t just follow up on project status, you’ll help strengthen the way labor initiatives are managed and executed across the organization. Your work will provide consistent visibility on project health, risks, issues, milestones, and outcomes through metrics, scorecards, and monthly communication routines. By supporting stage gate processes,
documenting learnings, integrating cross-functional activities, and enabling project teams with tools, materials, and best practices, you will help drive disciplined execution, faster decision making, and stronger alignment between labor strategy and business priorities.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
We’re looking for a proactive, structured, and analytical professional with a bachelor’s degree preferably in Law, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- +2 years of experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources, labor compliance, or project coordination.
- Ability to support multifunctional initiatives, analyze information, document progress, and follow up on action plans with discipline and attention to detail.
- Foundational Labor Relations knowledge, including:
- Basic knowledge of Mexican labor law.
- Collective bargaining agreements and union relations.
- Grievance and employee relations processes.
- Disciplinary case follow-up.
- Labor documentation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze and interpret labor and contractual information.
- Ability to support follow-up with unions, operations, and functional teams.
- Ability to identify potential labor risks and contribute to preventive action plans with guidance from senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to prepare executive reports, metrics, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
- Professional English fluency.
- Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
