At this moment we are seeking: Launch Engineer with advance Japanese language.

Job summary

Plan the responsible project, lead and coordinate the project process to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget, achieving the target.

Main tasks and responsibilities

1. Carry out project management in accordance with PLUS process, ensure the completion of the company's established schedule, quality and financial indicators, and build the company good image, build long - term customer relationship.
2. Participate in new project quotation, ensure the quotation has corresponding project scope description, and manage the change of project scope.
3. Established, tracked and adjusted the overall project schedule, and reasonably assigned the work of the synchronous development team members.
4. Complete the project report files that need to be output in each stage as required.
5. Established smooth communication channels among internal teams, customers and suppliers, organized SDT meetings and prepared problem lists.
6.



Use tools such as problem escalation and monthly reporting to ensure major problems are effectively contained and resolved as soon as possible.
7. Carry out monthly audit and door audit as required by the project schedule, and participate in key verification and issuance audit and customer audit.
8. Identify potential risks, take effective measures to prevent them, summarize project experience and lessons regularly, and assist in providing process optimization suggestions.
9. Ability to work to meet specific client requirements.
10. Responsible for the management of the company's BOS documents and IATF16949

Qualification requirements: Education background: bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering.

Work experience:

At least 5 years working experience in automotive industry, project management experience is preferred.

Professional knowledge:

Good written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese.

Good communication and coordination skills, good at finding and solving problems.
