We´re looking for Procurement Analyst
Responsibilities:
Deliver service levels and inventory according to objectives.
Develop short- and long-term supply plans in SAP.
Create Purchase Orders.
Update Delivery Schedules and Delivery Dates in SAP.
Track shipments.
Manage planning parameters and master data for planning elements in SAP.
Resolve supplier billing/payment issues.
Order confirmation.
Design/Improve processes, systems, reports, and necessary KPIs.
Other tasks that support the overall supply planning function as needed.
Continuously refine and eliminate waste in supply chain activities, reducing lead time and inventory while improving service.
Make strategic recommendations for improved processes such as new production introduction, order and supplier management,



and inventory management.
Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.
Recommend and activate strategies for the disposal of excess and obsolete inventory.
Identify and resolve conflicts related to material availability.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years purchasing direct materials for production, including electronics, plastics, metals, and packaging.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
Knowledge: SAP proficiency.
English: intermediate to advanced level (B2 minimum).
