As a Procurement Transformation Leader (Lead Procurement Project Specialist) at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for defining and executing the procurement transformation strategy to enhance efficiency, digital capabilities, governance, compliance, supplier collaboration, and value creation across the enterprise ($700M indirect spend portfolio).

The Procurement Transformation Leader serves as a strategic partner to Procurement, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements in cost, productivity, user experience, and operational performance. You will support process redesign, provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption of processes and tools, and apply project management and technical expertise to drive transformation programs involving ERP platforms, Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions, automation, analytics, AI, and procurement process standardization. Based at the Monterrey site, this role will drive operational speed and greater synergy with the Procurement organization.

Responsibilities

• Transformation Strategy & Roadmap Execution

- Develop and execute the Procurement Transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate procurement processes across global sites.
- Establish transformation governance, success metrics (KPIs), and implementation timelines.

• End-to-End Process Redesign & Optimization

- Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, and Analytics.
- Design and implement best-in-class procurement processes, operating models, and organizational staffing benchmarks.
- Establish robust Vendor Master Data governance, onboarding compliance, and contract lifecycle management workflows.

• Technology Deployment, Digitalization & AI





- Lead the deployment and optimization of modern procurement technologies, including ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA), eProcurement / S2C platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Vroozi), contract management, supplier portals, RPA, and AI solutions.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics within procurement.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective technology solutions and architecture.

• Training, Change Management & Adoption

- Manage and lead organizational training on procurement-related processes and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business users, ensuring rapid adoption and ramp-up of new solutions.

• Pipeline Development & Continuous Improvement

- Drive creative thought processes to develop a pipeline for continuous enhancements in procurement processes and tools, improving data quality, transparency, and operational execution.

• Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment

- Act as a strong communicator and strategic partner sitting at the Monterrey site to tie out with procurement leadership, cross-functional executives, and operational site leaders.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in procurement, transformation, and project management roles.
- Proven experience working with procurement ERP modules (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and/or other ERP systems) and Source-to-Pay / Source-to-Contract platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, etc.).




- Proven experience coordinating systems and application deployments across enterprise sites.
- Strong data management skills and deep knowledge of procurement data structures.

- Hands-on experience in organizational change management, end-user training, and post-go-live site governance.
