As a Learning and Development Experienced Associate, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.
You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective training solutions
- Applying adult learning theories to develop engaging and impactful learning experiences
- Utilizing learning management systems to track and report on training progress and outcomes
- Developing training materials and presentations that align with organizational goals and strategies
- Facilitating training sessions and discussions to promote continuous learning and professional growth
- Managing stakeholder communications and engagement to validate alignment with training objectives
- Implementing curriculum development and instructional design techniques to optimize learning outcomes
- Coordinating virtual classrooms and web-based training to expand accessibility and reach
- Supporting the development of strategic solutions for talent identification and employee development
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- At least one of the following: Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) operations
- Utilizing instructional design skills for developing engaging training materials
- Applying adult learning theories to enhance training effectiveness
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Managing projects with a focus on curriculum development and content strategy
