Are you bilingual and have experience in Client Service, BDR, or a similar role? We want to meet you! Guadalajara, Jalisco | 100% Onsite – Col. Americana $17,000 MXN/month after taxes + Mexican Legal Benefits What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in Client Service, BDR, or a similar field • Fluent spoken and written English • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Results-driven mindset • Goal-oriented and competitive Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM One Saturday per rotation every 7–9 weeks, paid as overtime, plus an additional bonus for working on Saturday.
Main responsibilities
- Assist potential new clients with their initial process and a brief questionnaire • Onboard new clients to our portals • Send documentation for signature • Provide a positive and professional first experience for new clients If you are a top performer, there are opportunities to grow within the company in less than a year!
