On Behalf of the world-famous ICT Company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a Distribution Sales Manager in Guadalajara.
Responsible for the sales of Huawei distribution products in the region, primarily interfacing with distribution partners and top regional installers to achieve sales targets. 1) Managing the interface with the regional distribution sales team and enabling the sales and pre-sales teams at the distribution branch offices;
2) Developing the regional installers and assisting them in developing related ICT business locally;
3) Planning and executing marketing activities within the region, as well as distributing project opportunities.

Understand the distribution product market, understand datacom, storage, and optical products, understand network networking, and have experience in developing network, storage, and optical products.
Have the capability of developing distribution partners and have sales experience.
Understand partner development policies and have the capability of planning marketing execution.
