College degree in any Engineering field (Industrial, mechanic, electric, etc.)
5 years of exp in similar position in automotive manufacturing environment (methalmechanic preferred)
Wide knowledge in assembly lines, work stations balance, progressive dies, welder process and stamping highly preferred.
Excellent skills to manage teams and to work with personel in all level in diferent departments
Excellent communication skills to all levels
Conflict management expert
Focused on results thru KPI's (safety, productivity, efficiency, internal quality, etc.)
Total Quality management with 0 defects focus.
Continous improvement mentality and projects development.
Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Focused in safety culture (Accidents prevention and risk identification)
