Boyd Thermal by Eaton is looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and support the continued growth of our Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) business.

As demand for advanced thermal management solutions continues to grow, our CDU technology plays an important role in enabling the next generation of high-performance data centers, AI infrastructure, and advanced computing applications.

? YOUR IMPACT

As Operations Manager, you will:

- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations supporting CDU and thermal management products.
- Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
- Lead and develop high-performing production teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity optimization, and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR to support business growth.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable improvements.
- Support production ramp-ups, process improvements,



and manufacturing scalability as the CDU business continues to expand.
- Build a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and customer focus.

? WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- Proven success leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
