Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools, driving process optimization, waste reduction, and the development of a continuous improvement culture. This role supports organizational growth by providing training, coaching, and competency development for operational, technical, and administrative personnel.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience implementing process improvement projects.
- Experience delivering training and facilitating work teams and group activities.




- Knowledge of training plans and competency development programs.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Power BI knowledge is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to develop and facilitate training programs for employees at different organizational levels.
