Role Description The Sales Assistant role is a remote, contract position focused on supporting the growth of Di Lorenzo Soccer Mindset’s programs and services. The Sales Assistant will assist in scheduling consultations, maintaining accurate records of leads and client interactions,



and following up to ensure a smooth customer journey. The adecuado candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead follow-up, objection handling, and closing enrollment in programs.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in sports or youth-focused services, comfort with remote work tools (CRM systems, video conferencing, and messaging platforms), and the ability to work flexible hours aligned with client needs.
Prior experience in sales support, customer success, or administrative roles is preferred, as well as a genuine interest in youth development and sports psychology.
