What will you do? Your Impactful Responsibilities Support Continuous Improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Lead and sustain 5S activities across manufacturing and warehouse areas, including audits, action tracking, and visual management implementation. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Excel, Power BI, and other digital tools. Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, Gemba walks, and problem-solving activities. Support root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis. Assist in value stream mapping, process documentation, and workflow optimization initiatives. Track project actions, timelines, and results to ensure sustainability of improvements What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and interact with different organizational levels. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis). Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Minitab, Python, or similar analytics tools is a plus. Ability to create clear process documentation and visual management materials. English communication skills preferred. What qualifications will make you successful? Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Supply Chain Engineering Data Analytics or related fields Graduation date within the next 12-24 months (August or later) Availability to work onsite. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement. Basic knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics. Experience with Power BI, Minitab, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is desirable. Intermediate English proficiency preferred. Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement
