Partner Onboarding Specialist An AI-powered accounting platform for US accounting firms is looking for:
This role is entirely about people — but it requires real accounting fluency to back it up. You'll need solid bookkeeping knowledge to understand what partners are actually doing in their books, not just walk them through steps. Lead onboarding and training sessions in Spanish and English.
Hands-on QuickBooks Online or Desktop experience (reconciliations, chart of accounts, AP/AR) — this is non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have.
Solid professional bookkeeping/accounting background — comfortable with the fundamentals (reconciliations, chart of accounts, month-end basics). Prior experience onboarding, training, or supporting clients directly — this is a client-facing role, not back-office bookkeeping.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Fully remote, with a team off-site in Mexico City this August.
100% remote (home office)
