• Transformation Delivery · Lead functional design and migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud · Ensure data migration integrity , including HCP/HCO master data, interactions, and consent management · Support process harmonization and standardization across regions and brands Stakeholder Management · Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Compliance, and IT stakeholders · Act as the primary interface between business and delivery teams (Dev, QA, Data, Integration) · Drive decision-making forums, backlog grooming, sprint planning,
