This position will lead shopfloor operations, ensuring adherence to the Master Production Schedule (MPS) , optimal utilization of equipment and labor, and continuous improvement of operational KPIs. The role requires a highly visible, hands-on leader capable of developing supervisors and production teams while coordinating effectively with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Logistics.

Location: Hermosillo, Sonora.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily production activities within the Cutting operation , ensuring compliance with the production plan and customer requirements.
- Ensure execution and adherence to the MPS (Master Production Schedule) , identifying risks related to capacity, manpower, equipment or materials.
- Monitor and improve key production KPIs including OEE, Productivity, Efficiency, Output Attainment, Schedule Attainment, Scrap, Downtime and Quality .
- Manage manpower, production capacity and resources according to volume and mix requirements.




- Lead the operational performance of wire cutting, stripping, crimping and terminal-processing activities , as applicable to the assigned production segment.
- Drive reduction of downtime, scrap, quality defects and productivity losses through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong shopfloor presence , ensuring disciplined execution of production standards and rapid escalation of operational issues.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing , preferably within the automotive industry. (Harness)
- Previous experience leading production teams as Segment Leader, Production Superintendent, Production Supervisor, Area Manager or similar .
