Business Development Representative (BDR) – Marketing Partnerships & Brand Integrations

Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for business development and building strategic partnerships? 100% remote position available anywhere in Colombia

Monday to Friday schedule

Work with a leading agency specializing in brand integrations, product placements, sponsorships, entertainment partnerships, and pop-culture marketing opportunities Generate qualified meetings with marketing executives, brand managers, CMOs, and other decision-makers.

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, social media messaging, and strategic networking.

Present Hollywood Branded's and Marc General Communications' services in a compelling and professional manner.

Conduct discovery conversations to understand client objectives, budgets, target audiences, and partnership goals.

Manage opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.





Collaborate with leadership to move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.

3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Partnerships, Sponsorship Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or similar B2B sales roles.

~ Proven success generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting.

~ Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

~ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Entertainment, media, sports marketing, influencer marketing, sponsorships, or branded content.

Selling to marketing departments, brand teams, CMOs, or corporate decision-makers.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, RocketReach, or similar tools.

Location: Remote, open to candidates throughout Colombia

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
