Estamos buscando un Residence Manager para un desarrollo residencial de lujo en Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.

La posición existe por una razón: en este segmento, la propiedad se vende por el diseño y la ubicación, pero se sostiene por la operación. El propietario de una residencia de lujo espera el mismo nivel de atención que recibe en un hotel de primera, todos los días, viva ahí o venga tres veces al año. Esa experiencia es responsabilidad de esta persona.

Lo que harás:

→ Ser la cara de la operación frente a los propietarios: atender, anticipar, resolver y dar seguimiento hasta el cierre.

→ Sostener el estándar de servicio y de imagen del desarrollo en cada detalle, desde las áreas comunes hasta el reporte mensual que recibe el propietario.

→ Dirigir la operación en sitio: equipo propio, proveedores, mantenimiento, seguros y áreas comunes.

→ Administrar el presupuesto anual, las cuotas y la cobranza con disciplina y total transparencia.

→ Coordinarte con el HOA manager, con operador hotelero en servicios compartidos y mantener la relación en buenos términos.

→ Preparar y documentar las asambleas y dar seguimiento a los acuerdos de los órganos de gobierno.

→ Cuidar el estándar de marca y expectativa de experiencia en todo momento.

Lo que buscamos:

→ Inglés avanzado, no negociable. Vas a operar en inglés con propietarios internacionales y con el operador. Se evalúa en entrevista.

→ 7+ años en hospitalidad de lujo, residencias de marca, HOA premium o resort residencial. Cinco estrellas o equivalente.

→ Trayectoria comprobable en atención a huéspedes o propietarios de alto patrimonio. Este cliente nota los detalles y los dice.

→ Experiencia dirigiendo equipo propio y manejando presupuesto y proveedores.

→ Temple para moverte entre intereses distintos sin perder la relación ni el control operativo.

→ Presencial en Los Cabos. Residencia local o disposición real de mudarte.

We're hiring a Residence Manager for a luxury residential development in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Owners of luxury residences expect the same standard of care they get at a top hotel, every single day, whether they live there full time or visit three times a year. Delivering that is this person's job.

What you'll do:

→ Own the owner relationship: respond, anticipate, resolve, and follow through to closure.

→ Hold the service and presentation standard in every detail, from the common areas to the monthly report that lands in an owner's inbox.

→ Run the on-site operation: coordinate with hotel operator, vendors, maintenance, insurance and common areas.

→ Manage the annual budget, assessments and collections with discipline and full transparency.

→ Partner with the HOA manager, hotel operator on shared services and keep that relationship healthy.

→ Prepare and document owners' meetings and follow through on governance decisions.

What we're looking for:

→ Fluent English and Spanish. You'll work in English with international owners and the operator, and in Spanish with your team and vendors. Both are assessed in the interview.

→ 7+ years in luxury hospitality, branded residences, premium HOA or residential resort operations. Five-star or equivalent.

→ A real track record serving high-net-worth guests or owners. This clientele notices the details, and tells you about them.

→ Proven experience leading a team and managing budgets and vendors.

→ The composure to navigate competing interests without losing either the relationship or operational control.

→ On-site in Los Cabos. Local or genuinely willing to relocate.
