Where You'll Make a Difference

- Support the coordination and shipment of product samples for customers and commercial teams.
- Receive, collect, and organize samples from laboratory teams.
- Register sample requests and shipments in internal databases and tracking files.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including shipment guides and export forms for domestic and international deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up to ensure successful delivery to customers and affiliates.
- Assist with sample preparation, packaging, and conditioning prior to shipment.
- Collaborate with Sales & Customer Care and commercial teams to support customer requests.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of sample handling and logistics processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Active student pursuing a degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.




- Availability to remain enrolled as a student for at least 12 months.
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer service mindset and follow-up capability.

How Would You Stand Out?
- Previous academic or internship exposure to logistics, imports, exports, or supply chain processes.
- Experience working with databases or shipment tracking tools.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
