SAP ABAP / CPI Consultant

We are looking for a SAP ABAP / CPI Consultant to join our team and support the development, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions within a global environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP.
- Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to SAP developments and integrations.
- Perform technical analysis, development, testing, debugging, and documentation of SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in integration and deployment activities across different environments.
- Support existing SAP applications and integrations, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Ensure solutions follow established development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Work effectively with integral and multicultural teams, coordinating activities across different locations and time zones.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to the technical direction of SAP development and integration initiatives.




- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Solid experience with SAP ABAP development.
- Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) / SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting SAP integrations and interfaces.
- Strong understanding of SAP development and integration concepts.
- Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in leadership, technical coordination, or mentoring.
- Experience working with global/distributed teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- English proficiency suitable for working with international teams.

Nice to Have / Plus

- Experience with SAP Fiori.
- Experience in technical leadership or coordination of SAP development teams.
- Experience working on global SAP implementations or transformation projects.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated). If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.

Job type: Remote

Location: Mexico.

Salary: $75,000 gross.
