SERVICE MANAGER

Nashville, TN | Full-Time | On-SiteSchedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PMPay: $900–$1,000 per week

We are looking for a bilingual Service Manager (English/Spanish) to lead customer service, warranty, repairs, and post-sale support for our food trailer operations in Nashville.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage service, warranty, repairs, and customer follow-up. Diagnose problems, coordinate solutions, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently. Handle dissatisfied customers with professionalism, patience, and confidence. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Parts, and Administration. Maintain organized service records, schedules, and work orders. Inspect food trailers and identify technical or operational issues. Ensure excellent customer service while protecting company standards.

Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Highly organized, accountable,



and detail-oriented. Strong customer-service and conflict-resolution skills; thick skin and ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Must be comfortable working on-site Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM.

Preferred Experience or interest in food trailers/food trucks, entrepreneurship, electrical, plumbing, construction, structural systems, engineering, or other technical fields is highly valued.
