Solutions Architect Manager / Solution Consultant Manager The Solution Consultant Manager acts as the strategic bridge between complex client business challenges and the company’s integrated portfolio of BPO, Contact Center and different As a Service solution. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Transformation, this leadership role is responsible for leading the pre-sales engineering team to design, architect, and present high-impact value propositions. Create the Value Engineering, translating complex requirements that integrate SaaS platforms (AI, Omni-channel, Analytics) with BPO/Contact Center operational capabilities and structures (agents, staffing, training, quality) to provide a "turnkey" and tangible business outcomes into solution (e.g., future state,
