Strategy Consultant (Consultant/Senior Consultant) – PwCLocation: Monterrey - CDMX | Hybrid ModelAbout the role PwC is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join our team and help clients solve their most complex growth, profitability, and transformation challenges.
You will work in cross-functional teams to structure and solve problems, develop data-driven insights, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.What you'll do- Structure and solve ambiguous business problems using hypothesis-driven and case-style approaches.
- Lead or own workstreams, building robust market, customer, and competitive analyses.
- Develop financial and operational models to evaluate scenarios, business cases, and recommendations.
- Co-create strategic roadmaps and operating models; prepare executive-readydeliverables.
- Present findings to client stakeholders and support change adoption.
- Collaborate with PwC colleagues across Deals, Risk, Tax, and Technology to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, case studies, and thought leadership.
- Coach junior team members and help build team capabilities.What we're looking for- 3–6+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
- Prior experience at a consulting firm (Big 4, MBB, Tier-2, or boutique) is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability with case interview/case study-style problem solving and business case development.




- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear narratives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.Preferred qualifications- Experience in one or more of: growth strategy, go-to-market, cost transformation, operating model, M&A;/PMI, digital strategy, or data-driven transformation.
- Industry exposure in sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer, Healthcare, Energy, or Industrials.
