Marketing Trainee – Fixed Term Location: Mexico City, MexicoIndustry: Consumer Health / Healthcare ProductsEmployment Type: Full-time, Fixed-termWork Arrangement: HybridAbout the RoleAn established consumer health organization is seeking a Marketing Trainee to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives for a leading skincare brand in Mexico.This entry-level opportunity provides exposure to brand management, consumer insights, business analysis, media and digital campaigns, innovation, and cross-functional project coordination.The adecuado candidate is analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing initiatives.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, sales performance, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates.Assist with the execution and tracking of media campaigns, digital activities, influencer initiatives, and promotional programs.Coordinate with Sales, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory teams, and external agencies to ensure timely project execution.Support innovation and product renovation projects by coordinating assets, timelines, product information,



and launch materials.Monitor new product launches and conduct post-launch performance analysis.Assist with marketing budget monitoring, purchase orders, and monthly expense tracking.Develop and update sales materials, launch toolkits, customer presentations, and internal communications.Maintain brand assets and ensure consistency across consumer and customer touchpoints.Support forecasting and demand planning discussions through business analysis and performance tracking.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Communications, or a related field.0–2 years of professional experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, Consumer Insights, Category Management, or a related area.Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced English proficiency.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Resilience and ability to adapt to changing priorities.Interest in consumer marketing, brand management, and the healthcare or consumer products sector.
