responsibilities

- architect, develop, test, and maintain .net services, restful apis, and background workers.
- deploy, configure, and operate services in kubernetes on microsoft azure, including resource management, scaling, and observability.
- design and document reliable, performant, and maintainable service architectures and inter-service communication.
- collaborate with architects, product managers, and devops teams on roadmaps, api contracts, and technical decisions.
- conduct code and design reviews covering distributed systems, security, and software quality.
- contribute to ci/cd pipelines using azure devops or github actions.
- use ai-driven development tools and coding agents to improve delivery and engineering productivity.
- mentor engineering peers and support continuous technical improvement.

requirements

- bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- at least 5 years of professional software engineering experience focused on .net and c#.
- production experience designing and building restful apis and background services.
- hands-on kubernetes experience, including writing manifests,



managing workloads, and troubleshooting cluster issues.
- proficiency with microsoft azure, azure-native services, cloud-native deployment models, and infrastructure practices.
- strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems design, and inter-service communication patterns.
- strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in an agile team environment.
- preferred experience with ai coding agents such as claude, codex, or cursor.
- preferred experience with terraform for provisioning and managing azure resources.
- preferred familiarity with datadog or grafana, structured logging, and distributed tracing.
