Role Overview
As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid media strategies across digital platforms to drive measurable business results. This role goes beyond campaign execution: it requires strong analytical thinking, strategic vision, autonomy, and the ability to translate business objectives into high-performing paid media initiatives. You will act as a key partner to marketing, growth, and business teams, ensuring ROI-driven decision making and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution




- Design and own end-to-end paid media strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms when applicable.
- Define media mix, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.

1. Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
- Translate data insights into clear recommendations and actionable improvements.

1. Data & Tracking Ownership
- Ensure correct implementation of tracking and measurement frameworks (Google Analytics, GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, tag managers).
- Collaborate with data and tech teams to ensure attribution models and dashboards accurat
