What you will do in this role:
The Customer Operations Specialist I performs assignments in a professional role that supports customer service activities for internal and external customers. Under the guidance and direction of colleagues and manager, this person will be knowledgeable of the site’s products, services and local processes and be able to use that understanding to provide solutions to customer requirements.
