We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER (FIXED TERM 12 MONTHS)

Purpose:
- A Production Engineer provides technical expertise and leadership to the manufacturing process lines. Is responsible to identify and resolve technical opportunities on Safety, Quality,



Compliance, Customer Service or/and Cost, through continuous improvement, and decision-making based on CREDO values. Production Engineer is accountable for maintaining pieces of equipment in optimal conditions to support manufacturing requirements. In addition, Production Engineers shall share their knowledge and expertise with Operation Technicians guiding/coaching them or maintaining manufacturing processes in optimal conditions to support manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure to comply with quality Metrics (i.e. Non-Conformance, CAPA, Audit observations Timeliness Metric).
- Manages and coordinates Engineering through subordinated technicians in order to meet Production/NPD requirements consistent with costs, high quality, profitability and the required delivery times.
- Schedules, organizes, runs, integrates and wraps up projects within the expected scope and time frame, either by personally carry
