Leads a team responsible for delivering HR services to employees.
Ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Collaborates with various departments to improve HR processes and services.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Oversees the daily operations of the HR services team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve HR services and processes.
- Monitors team performance and provides guidance and support for professional development.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal company policies, initiates and implements continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with other HR departments and/or enabling functions to align services with overall HR goals.
