About the Role

Guydeez is seeking passionate local hosts in Cancun to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups. This role is perfect for locals who enjoy storytelling, cultural exchange, and creating authentic experiences. No professional tour guide license is required.

Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, customized walking tours for small groups (3-8 hours)
- Share authentic stories and insights about Cancun’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and culture
- Adapt each tour to guests’ interests and pace
- Ensure a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience
- Optionally host food-focused or culinary experiences

Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Cancun’s history, attractions, and hidden gems




- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable leading tours lasting 3-8 hours

Nice to Have:
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience (a plus, not required)
