Location: Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Full-time | 5 days per week | In-office
Monthly Salary: $12,000 to $13,000 MXN (based on English proficiency and experience)
English Level Required: Intermediate (L2-L3)

Position Overview

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers, and accurately documenting information in internal systems. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established processes.

Important: This is an on-site position in Puerto Vallarta. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in English and Spanish in a professional manner
- Provide basic information and assistance to customers
- Accurately document call details and customer information in internal systems
- Follow call scripts, workflows, and company procedures
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations





Requirements:
- Intermediate English level (L2-L3), spoken and written
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Availability to work on-site in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco

Preferred Experience
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in:
- Customer service
- Call center roles
- Administrative support
- Experience with CRM systems or data entry is a plus
