About the Role Alegro Industries is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with a hunter mindset. You'll drive new business through outbound telephone sales and cold calling, managing the full cycle from prospecting to closing.

What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospect and qualify B2B leads
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold call to deal closure
- Build and grow a client portfolio through consistent follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years in B2B telephone sales and cold calling (required)
- Experience in the industrial or MRO sector (strong plus)
- University degree (completed or in progress)
- Strong persuasion, objection handling, and communication skills

$15,000 MXN/month + uncapped 5% commissions paid in USD
