Objective of the position:
Develop, implement, and administer all benefit programs,



policies, and procedures to strengthen DTM’s position as an employer of choice. Ensure a positive employee experience through compliant, cost‑effective, and competitive benefits that support the attraction, retention, and motivation of talent.

Manage and coordinate Global Mobility processes for international employee assignments for DTM and DTFS across all Mexico locations. Maintain continuous communication with assignees and home countries, provide guidance on assignment policies, and ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations. Guarantee alignment with the latest Integral Mobility Policy and consistent execution across all stakeholders.
