Bilingual Paralegal / Legal Intake Specialist (Advanced English Required)

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Full-time | 5 days per week | In-office
Monthly Salary: $16,000 to $18,000 MXN
English Level Required: Advanced to Fluent

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Paralegal / Legal Intake Specialist for a fully on-site position in Guadalajara.

This role requires advanced English and prior experience in legal support or intake. Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

You will support attorneys with case preparation, conduct intake conversations, and maintain accurate client records in a fast-paced legal environment.

Important:This is an on-site position in Guadalajara. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with legal documentation and case preparation
- Draft and review legal documents and forms
- Conduct client intake by gathering information through structured conversations
- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish via phone and messaging




- Follow up with clients and guide them through next steps
- Manage client files, case documentation, and data entry in CRM systems
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations

Requirements (mandatory)
- Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken:
- Previous experience in legal support and intake required:
- Strong written communication and document drafting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience working with CRM or case management systems
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco
