Are you an accomplished Recruitment Specialist with experience in a complex matrix organization? Do you thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment? Is flexibility and an agile work ethic important to you?

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage recruitment in Central America recruiting across Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua, as well as supporting recruitment in Latin America Region as needed.

You could come from any industry (preferably within Insurance or Financial Services) but must be forward thinking, have a passion for change and transformation. With a strong recruiting background that would include early careers, experienced hires; you will utilize effective and strategic sourcing techniques to find inclusive and diverse talents.

What will the role entail?
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings
- Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business leadership,



HR generalists, integral recruitment colleagues etc. to ensure the utilization of a suite of sourcing strategies to hire diverse talents
- Lead the recruitment transformation efforts and implementation of process change for Central America and strive for best practice as a team
- Ensure recruitment technology is fit-for-purpose and enables efficient execution of the talent acquisition strategy
- Continue to build and develop hiring analytics that track effectiveness of recruitment efforts and quality of hire and help shape the sourcing strategy
