Key Skills

Core Technical Breadth (You should have working knowledge across these areas):
- Front-End: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
- Back-End: Experience with multiple languages (Go, Python, Node.js, etc.)
- Databases: Proficiency with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases




- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, or Azure experience
- DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code
- APIs: REST, GraphQL, and modern API design patterns

AI-First Development (required):
- AI Coding Tools: Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to effectively communicate with and leverage AI tools for development
- AI-Augmented Workflows: Experience using AI for code review, testing, documentation, and problem-solving
- Staying Current: Active awareness of emerging AI development tools and practices

Professional Qualities:
- Best Practices: Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, etc.)
- Testing: Experience with automated testing and quality assurance
- Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
