The Senior Project Managerwill partner with Product Developers, Brand Managers and Procurement teams from our customers to bring to market the newest innovation and value engineering label solutions for their most prestigious brands.

Responsibilities:
- 1. Team leadership and Management:_
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Represent the company’s vision with clients being able to successfully create a partnership and lasting business relationship.
- Ability to drive and promote strategic innovation projects for clients
- Collaborate along different functions in the organization to ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to achieve project objectives.
- Resolve conflicts and issues within the team, escalating as necessary, and foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- 2. Project Planning and Execution:_




- Develop and execute project plans involving both the company clients and internal resources, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders being able to rally the team around a common goal and providing timely updates regarding project status and changes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Proactively identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and create contingency plans.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and overall quality.

Qualifications:
- Industrial Engineer Bachelor degree

Sueldo: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mes
