Open Position: Sales Assistant

Workplace: Querétaro, Mexico (coordination with Mexico City vendors needed)

Main Content of the Work: Acquisition of customers by phone, sales support, recording and management of short videos, interregional sales coordination

2. Job Requirements

1. Good image and fluent communicative expression;
2. Clear, pleasant voice with great affinity, good at telephone communications and with excellent qualities for telephone communication;
3. With good service consciousness and teamwork spirit, actively cooperate with salespeople to get the job done, be patient and detail-oriented;
4. Responsible for the logístical support and business coordination of vendors in Querétaro and Mexico City, able to effectively manage interregional work;
5. With basic ability to record and edit short videos, know how to use basic mobile editing software, training is provided without previous experience;
6. Serious, responsible, proactive work,



with great ability to execute and able to complete daily tasks on time;
7. Those who know basic knowledge of automotive parts or have experience in telephone sales and customer service are preferred.

3. Job Functions

1. Customer Development and Maintenance: Capture leads over the phone, organize customer resources, follow up on customer needs, and perform pre-customer connection and service;
2. Support for sales coordination: Fully support the daily work of salespeople in Querétaro and Mexico City, organize sales materials, verify customer information, help follow up on sales orders and ensure sales logistics support;
3. Short Video Recording and Management: Record at least 3 short product-related videos a day, as well as daily work scenes of the company and business situations, complete simple video editing and publish them on time on the corresponding platforms;
4. Customer support: Answering customer inquiries in time, solving simple customer problems
