Position Overview:
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research related to intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright and patent issues
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as licenses, assignments, and confidentiality agreements
- Managing and maintaining client files and databases
- Assisting with client communication and correspondence

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Strong understanding of international intellectual property law, including trademark, copyright and patent issues




- Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment related to Intellectual Property.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Fluent in english (written & spoken)

This position is available at our Guadalajara Office.
