What you will do?

How you will do it?
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management leaders across all integral sites, to identify and to execute VA/VE projects, in order to achieve SP Cost Reduction target (1.5% of Revenue)
- Act as liaison between Procurement and Engineering, to help drive Direct Materials (DM) Cost Reduction activities requiring Engineering inputs
- Validate all benefits with Finance, maintain project progress in CI-Trac & Wave, and provide regular updates to SLT and JCI Transformation Office
- Provide guidance & leadership to other VA-VE practitioners, including extending internal strategies and toolset to external channels (CM’s), in order to provide additional value to the Business

What we look for?
- Post-graduate or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or related fields,



from an accredited College or University, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the VA-VE field or in R&D; / Product Development
- Minimum of two years of full-time VA-VE leadership experience
- Demonstrated VA-VE training, skillset and expertise
- Proven Change Agent, with demonstrated abilities and successes in influencing and in motivating at all levels of the organization
- Expertise and experience in Programme Management, Problem Solving and Team Development
- Expert-level communication (presentation, verbal, written) skills-set
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency with all MS SW’s (Project, Excel, Visio, Power Point )
